The journey flows forward and gives back.
Developmental responsibility always moves forward: formation, then activation, then multiplication. A Builder does not go backwards in the journey.
But experienced Builders strengthen earlier stages. A mature Builder in Tribe Africa may mentor a young Builder in Creative Genius Africa. A Tribe X Builder may support a formation project. This is how one ecosystem stays connected across generations.
The identity stays the same throughout. The institution changes; the Builder does not.
