Formation is the work of developing who a young person is becoming — not only what they know. Creative Genius Africa focuses on development rather than content completion.
Young Builders learn to notice problems, think carefully, make real things, share their work honestly and grow from feedback. The same Zone rhythm — discover, learn, build, share, grow — runs through it.

How development is understood
Through experience and evidence.
Development becomes visible through meaningful experience and the evidence a Builder produces: the things they make, the problems they take on, the way they work with others and how they respond to feedback.
There are no points, scores or leaderboards. Growth is not a competition between children, and recognition is not the purpose of the work.
