How the journey works
Developmental, not competitive.
The journey is lifelong. There is no point at which a Builder stops being a Builder.
The journey is developmental. Movement reflects readiness, responsibility and contribution — not age alone.
The journey is not a race. Builders develop at different speeds, and depth matters more than pace.
Recognition is not the purpose of growth. There are no points, scores, leaderboards or rankings in The Zone. Contribution is the measure, and it is visible in the work itself and in the people a Builder helps develop.
